Job Overview
We are seeking for result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives with strong industry knowledge in electrical wires and cables. The ideal candidates will be responsible for business development, achieving sales targets, expanding market share, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new project opportunities across target segments.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales targets and collection goals
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and project clients
- Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers
Marketing Functions
- Develop and implement market penetration strategies
- Promote company products to consultants, EPC contractors, utilities, panel builders, and MEP contractors
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
- Support in brand building and promotional activities
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues
- Follow up for payments and outstanding receivables
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics for timely delivery
- Provide accurate demand forecasts for effective production planning
Qualifications
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing
- Postgraduate Diploma or professional certification is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a related industry
